Salman Khan to launch Bodyguard Shera's son in Bollywood

Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan is well known for his generosity. No doubt why he has such a big Fan following among the youth. In the past the Dabangg Khan has helped many newcomers in Bollywood for their sound growth in industry. This time around it's none other than Salman's security head Shera's son who will be launched by Salman Khan according to the sources.

Salman had earlier introduced his Bodyguard Shera in a dance number in the title track of blockbuster film Bodyguard. And now it's his son's Tiger's turn.

For Tiger Salman has all the words of praise. He says," With his looks and personality we already have a winner. At 20, he is so focused and determined,"

Shera confirmed the news and said that Salman will indeed be launching his son in Bollywood which is a great thing.He further added that things are still in progress.

Dabangg 2 collects whopping 60 crore+ in opening weekend

Bollywood's Dabangg Khan has roared at the Box office once again as the opening weekend collections of Salman Khan starrer Dabangg-2 reached 64 crore(approx.)according to the trade analysts.

The film has done exceptionally well at domestic box office. It has become biggest non-holiday release with earnings of 21 crore on first day beating Rowdy Rathore(15 crore). Infact Dabangg 2 has even managed to beat Salman's last blockbuster "Ek Tha Tiger" in terms of weekend collections.

However the film has received mixed reviews from the critics but the performance of Salman has been appreciated.

Salman Khan all set to shake a leg with Psy

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is set to groove in "Gangnam Style". The actor will share stage with Korean pop sensation Psy at the opening ceremony of third edition of Celebrity Cricket league.

According to a source Psy knows about the popularity of Salman Khan in India.Moreover Salman is also the captain of his Mumbai team so they will share stage together at the opening ceremony.

The source adds,"Salman will be seen performing to Gangnam style with Psy.They will also perform on some of Salman's own numbers which are yet to be decided"

However the event venue has not been decided yet.The organizers are apparently looking for a venue where both the stars have largest mass appeal together.The event is scheduled to be on 19 January 2013

Salman Khan quits smoking and drinking

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has quit smoking and Alcohol because of his surgery of nerve ailment. The actor still suffers from nagging jaw pain post his treatment.As a precaution Salman is paying more attention to his health and stays away from Alcohal
and Cigarette as far as possible.

According to source his family is very much concerned for his health.Specially his sister Alvira makes sure that only home made food is served to him during ad shoots and film shoots.

The source adds further that Salman doesn't even like anyone smoking around him and he snaps at anyone who smokes in front of him.

Kingfisher Model Angela Jonsson set to romance Salman Khan

Angela Jonsson is all set to make a dream debut in Bollywood. The former Kingfisher calender girl has bagged three films contract with Salman Khan camp. She will be play solo actress opposite Salman Khan in upcoming movie Sher Khan.

Angela would get trained in martial arts by international stunt-men for the film as her role in the film is speculated to be a mixture of Lara Croft and Fearless Nadia. The leading lady has plenty of breathtaking action scenes in the film.

Salman Khan reportedly cancelled his shoot to attend the premier of Sridevi's comeback film English-Vinglish. The actor normally does not attend film premiers but this time he decided to make an exception.

Salman Khan is very close to Sridevi's husband Boney Kapoor.They have worked together in No Entry(2005) and Wanted(2009).So when Boney invited Salman to the premier he agreed and cancelled his shoot for the day to travel back to city to attend the premier.

Early in his career Salman has shared screen space with Sridevi too in Chandra Mukhi(1993) and Chaand ka tukda (1993). However both the films failed badly at the box office.

Salman Khan beats SRK and Akshay Kumar

After having series of 100 crore plus grossing films to his name, Salman Khan has emerged as the highest tax payer in Bollywood paying Rs. 8 crore as an Advance Tax for September Quarter. Salman has thus beaten Shahrukh Khan who paid Rs 5 crore and Akshay Kumar who paid Rs 7.5 crore as tax for the same period

Last year Salman paid Rs 5 crore as tax for that same period.But riding high on success of his string of hits which grossed more than 100 crore he has bacome the king of Tax payer.

Salman's ex girlfriend Katrina Kaif paid Rs 2.60 crore as Tax compared to last year's 1.70 crore.

Salman's good friend Aamir Khan paid Rs.3.25 crore in comparison to 4.50 crore last year.

Saif Ali Khan paid Rs 3 crore as Tax against 1.7 crore a year ago. His soon to be wife Kareena Kapoor has paid advance tax of 2.20 crore as compared to 1.5 crore last year.

Actor Amitabh Bachchan paid Tax of Rs 5 crore compared to 1.5 crore last year. While his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan jumped to Rs 3 crore from 1.5 crore last year

Salman Khan is very much impressed with Emraan Hashmi and he says that Emraan is the most Underrated actor in the industry these days and that he likes him and his work He believes Emraan should get his dues as he is giving hits after hits.

Dabangg 3 will have Chulbul Pandey as Mumbai Police Commisioner

In 2010 Salman Khan gave the biggest hit of the year Dabangg. Now he is coming back with a sequel this year. Producer Malaika Arora Khan says the Dabangg as a Franchisee will be carried forward.

Malika turned Producer along with her husband for "Dabangg" She feels Dabangg is a Brand. They had no intention of making a second part when they were shooting for the first part.. It was later they realized that the film had potential and they can take it ahead.

She further adds that they would like to make Dabangg 3,4. But it is too early for that. For now they are concentrating on Dabangg 2.Earlier in the Year Salman Khan said that in Dabangg 3 Chulbul Pandey will be seen posted as Mumbai Police commissioner

Malaika feels that the combination of Salman and Dabangg Brand will create magic this year. When asked about her own appearance in the sequel she chose not to answer the question.

Dabangg 2 will have Salman and Sonakshi in the lead role. Also Kareena Kapoor will be stepping into Malaika's Shoes for the sequel

Salman Khan says he doesnot have a role in selection process of Big Boss

Bollywood hunk Salman Khan who will be hosting sixth season of color's Reality show Bigg Boss for the third time now says that he does not recommend anybody for the show.

He adds further that he doesn't recommend anyone as he doesn't want to be partial or biased. He says that he himself gets to know at the last moment.

The sixth season of the show will be aired at Prime Time at 9 PM on Colors. The show has added many new elements this time around such as talking Parrot and a fish. This time common people will also be seen in the show.

Salman Clarifies that he doesn't like to intervene in the show but in the last season circumstances forced him to do so. He felt bad because he was getting feedback about the show from his family and friends and it had become too much for him to handle.

This time the show comes up with promise of being more family oriented.There will be more tasks and games this time.That's the reason the show has been put ahead to prime time slot to 9 PM

It is quite funny to learn that someone like Salman Khan who himself played a role of Macho bodyguard in his movie Bodyguard has to hire a dozen bodyguards in his real life. This shows the difference between reel life and real life.

It is rightly said that Popularity comes at a price. It has been justified in the case of Salman khan as the actor has hired six more bodyguards taking the tally up to twelve bodyguards. This is the highest for any star in the industry.

Salman Khan Clarifies Shirish Kunder Left "Kick"

Salman Khan has slammed all the speculations that Shirish Kunder was forced to leave kick project after the latter's film Joker sank at the Box office.

"No that's not true.Shirish left the film.He is working on something else.Is it Clear? Good!." He tweeted.

Kunder was the first choice to direct the film but now Sajid Nadiadwala will make his directorial debut with Kick

Kunder's Joker released on Friday and just a day
