Salman Khan Doubles his security, hires a Dozen Bodyguard

It is quite funny to learn that someone like Salman Khan who himself played a role of Macho bodyguard in his movie Bodyguard has to hire a dozen bodyguards in his real life. This shows the difference between reel life and real life.

It is rightly said that Popularity comes at a price. It has been justified in the case of Salman khan as the actor has hired six more bodyguards taking the tally up to twelve bodyguards. This is the highest for any star in the industry.


Salman's head of security Shera confirmed that his security has been beefed up.He said,"Earlier Bhai had six bouncers around him, now he has have twelve.

The decision to tighten the security was taken after a couple of recent incidents. After the release of Ek Tha Tiger a group of fans went crazy outside Galaxy apartment on occasion of Eid. The situation went out of control as cops had to be called in and they had to lathi charge to disperse the crowd.

Apparently actor had to cancel the shoot for his upcoming movie Dabangg 2 for security reasons in Lucknow. Salman's brother Arbaaz Khan who is also the producer of the film told reporters,"It's been Chaotic here.We didn't bring Salman.He will join directly at Satara for the climax of the film.But the people have gathered in hoards for the shooting in the outdoors probably hoping that Salman would turn up.And when he didn't they got restless".

Also recently Salman had to cut short his appearances in Dubai Malls for the same reason.
