Ranbir Kapoor Hospitalized just after his Birthday

Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor was hospitalized just after celebrating his 32nd birthday with close friends and girlfriend Katrina Kaif.  Reportedly Katrina arranged a surprise party for Ranbir. But the celebrations didn't last long as the actor was hospitalized for a minor surgery to treat his adenoid tonsil next morning.

When contacted his father Rishi Kapoor said,"His adenoid surgery is routine.It's nothing major; it's a normal thing, like sinus. Ranbir had five days off, so he got the operation done.He will be discharged today."

According to reports adenoid tonsil had been troubling Ranbir for a while, due to which he had sleep with his mouth wide open to ease breathing. The actor who has had a packed schedule for some time now. had a five day break and so went ahead with the surgery.

Ranbir has some big releases lined up with much awaited Bombay Velvet, Imitiaz Ali's Tamaasha and debutant director Vikramjit Singh's Roy.

Barfi beats Roackstar as Ranbir's biggest hit overseas

Rishi Kapoor still finds Flaws in Ranbir's Acting

Veteran Actor Rishi Kapoor feels that he still finds flaws in Ranbir's performances but he is proud of him for taking up challenging roles. Rishi adds further that Ranbir doesn't like to portray characters that are larger than life and he feels proud that he takes such challenges. But he didn't like his films because as an actor he finds flaws in it.


Rishi says that he and his wife Neetu don't interfere in Ranbir's career.

Rishi says that Ranbir is on his own and they never interfere in any of his decisions. When he joined the industry he told his mother that he wanted to portray characters that a boy of his age would do in real life.

Ranbir kapoor Visits Katrina's Apartment Late at night

It has been learned that Ranbir Kapoor has recently Visited Katrina Kai's new Duplex Apartment in Lokhandwala quite late at night around midnight. Ranbir tried hard to stay away from Paparazzi and as he quickly sat in the car and left.

An onlooker told that Ranbir was at YRF studios where he had held a special screening of his movie Barfi . But just before the interval he left the studio and headed towards Bandra. While his own residence is at Pali Hill, his car was seen heading towards Katrina's residence.
