Bollywood Director Rajkumar Hirani suffered a severe heat stroke while shooting for his upcoming film Peekay. The shooting for the film is being done in Mandawa which falls in the Jhunjhuna district of Rajasthan.
According to a source Hirani had been shooting continuously on the streets of Mandawa and Jaipur amidst scorching heat. In the middle of one of the shots the director showed signs of weakness. But the real panic began when his heath worsened and he almost fainted.
The Director was rushed to the hospital where doctors confirmed that it was a heat stroke and he needs to rest and there was nothing to worry about.
Peekay is expected to release early next year and the cast includes Aamir Khan, Sanjay Dutt , Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput
