Vivek Oberoi's Sher in Bombay High court's custody

Vivek Oberoi's Sher has landed into fresh legal trouble. The Bombay High Court has appointed a court receiver who will keep all of the films prints and negatives in it's custody .

Reportedly distributor Raju Shah had moved court against the producers of Sher, Shree Ashtavinayak Cine vision Ltd., for it's pending amount of 36 crore.

The latest order of court has been welcomed by Shah's. Raju's Son Yash says that they really appreciate the order of the court.

So it means that 'Sher' becomes property of the court which in turn means that the revenue generated on Sher will be in High court's possession. Raju Shah is hopeful that his due will be paid from those earnings
